For us, sourcing the green coffee beans is much more than a regular direct trade business. We travel to origins every year to learn more about the coffee-growing regions, about specific coffee processing methods/practices used by farmers to produce coffees with outstanding sensory profiles. That is why we hand roast our green beans in small lots, rely on advanced technology for the physical analysis of the roasted coffee and always apply sensory quality control to each roasted batch.
